Ownership

At Genesislogos.com we provide each client with a written contract stating your ownership rights to your artwork upon approval of the final draft. Genesislogos.com retains the right to exhibit all client artwork in advertising materials or for portfolio purposes. Any other concepts, ideals, designs, or materials created by Genesislogos.com that are not selected by the client or are not included in the final purchase of sale remain the full property of www.genesislogos.com

Purchasing Process

By visiting Genesislogos.com each client can view all packages/pricing options available. At our site each client must complete and submit and order form along with their method of payment. All changes to clients account must be submitted through the Site, this includes all revisions, additions to orders, etc. At Genesislogos.com we keep accurate account of all transactions that occur between our staff and the client. Verbal transactions may occur how ever, any changes made to an account must be verified in writing by the Site and the client via email or fax.

Once an order is submitted through the Site a confirmation number will be issued to the client verifying the purchase and due date. Each client is permitted access to view their account online in order to update information, make changes, submit approval, etc.
At any time during the work of the project a client may request additional services outside of the original package purchased. Fees will be assessed, documented, and authorized by the Site and client.
Product delivery may very depending on the package the client has selected. Rush services are available for an extra fee.

Changes/Updates/Revisions

Changes (also known as “revisions”) to any art work, products or services must be submitted in writing (on Site, email, or by fax). Genesis Logos only allows revision to be made to one logo from the initial concepts. Revision may take 3 - 4 business days before completion. Genesislogos.com offers many packages that incorporate the revision process, which allows clients to alter their art work to meet their business needs. The number of revisions allowed varies per package, so please ensure that you choose the package that will best suite your business needs. Any other revisions outside the number or revisions agreed upon at time of purchase are available for an extra fee. Revisions will not be made to any client’s project without proper documentation and authorization of payment from the client. Prices may very depending on the alterations needed by the client, so speak with a representative in order to determine your revision costs. The only time you may request new concepts is if you are not satisfied with any of your first set of concepts. If you begin the revision process you cannot request new concepts, but you can purchase new concepts for an additional fee. Once you begin the revision process you cannot request a refund, by any circumstances.

Product Creation

At Genesis Logos we design all of our print services (i.e. logos, stationery, business cards, poster, CD & DVD covers, billboards, etc) with industry leading Adobe Illustrator, unless instructed other wise.
At Genesis Logos we design all of our web services (i.e. web sites, blogs, web introduction, Short movies, etc) with industry leading Adobe Dreamweaver and Flash unless instructed other wise.

Product Delivery

Product delivery may very depending on the package the client has selected. Revision rush services are available for an extra fee and must be requested at the time the revision is submitted.

Upon approval of the final draft, documentation will be sent to the client granting ownership of the final artwork. Genesislogos.com allows each client immediate access to their final draft by sending final files via email. Each client will receive their artwork in the following formats: (AI, EPS, and TIFF) as well as web-ready file formats (JPEG and GIF). Files saved to a CD-ROM are also available for an extra fee as well as any other additional file format requests.
